Movie Posters are French Versions - I don't ever watch/want to watch anything in French

In my TV app, in Library, I noticed that between all four Conjuring films, two posters are in English, and two are in French. I also noticed after seeing this that several other movies have French posters. When I go into the item and check the poster image, it's a different image in English.

My settings all prefer English, I do not buy French Canadian versions of content because I am not a French speaker. It's aggravating that I can't have the system display ENGLISH posters, rather than half and half with no logic to which is which.

How do I resolve this?
