This is a user-to-user forum. We know exactly as much as you do about when Apple might release the feature to the Chinese market. You'll have to wait until Apple makes an announcement.

We can't answer that. Since it is reliant on approval by the Chinese government, I'm guessing Apple couldn't answer that right now either.
