Spotlight won't search Documents or OneDrive since Tahoe update

Every since I've updated to Tahoe, Spotlight won't search my Documents folder or OneDrive (where I store most of my docs). This includes documents in OneDrive that are stored locally on the computer. I've tried reindexing it to no avail, and I've updated to the latest version of Tahoe. Every time I search for docs I get answers from the web or a request on whether I want to search iCloud Drive. Is there any way to fix this at all?

On another note, there is no optoin to tag this question as being related to Tahoe. I have to select Sequioa!

Whenever I have problems with Spotlight (more common since Sonoma), I nuke the .Spotlight-v100 directory, restart indexing, and log out and back in to make it re-index. The first command nukes the folder, and it may or may not restart indexing. So, I add the other two to do that, but it still usually needs a restart or log out/in.
