Exchanging engraved AirPods 4 for AirPods Pro 3 in India

I am in India and bought the AirPods 4 for my husband thinking that I purchased the new AirPods Pro 3. I have got it engraved but I would like to return or exchange it for the product I actually wanted. Is this possible?

also when I purchased it online I signed in as a guest and didn’t log into my Apple account. Please help
