Double iCloud storage charges on Apple Account

I'm wondering why I am charged twice per month for storage. I continue to pay $1.46 (1.29 +tax) and $4.51 (3.99 +tax) every month. I did increase my data storage, but shouldn't I just receive one charge on my credit card?
