Japanese translation not available in live translate

I am trying to get Japanese to English Visa to work in live translate but there is no choice to down load the language even though the iOS is 26.0.1

Can anyone advise as it is showing in iOS that it should be available already

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 26

Hopefully the issue may be resolved with another security

update.. That may require looking to see if Apple Security

site shows newer download file; with several bug fixes.
