Unable to toggle off notifications on Mac running macOS Tahoe

I was planning on turning off unnecessary app notifications on my MacBook and I cannot toggle off the notification. Same with apps I want to toggle on. It just won't allow me to toggle the "Allow Notifications" on or off. Please help.

Turn off notifications for an app or website on Mac - Apple Support

If you can't change the settings for some applications, typically that's because your Mac is managed by an organization (employer or school) and has restricted the settings to which you have access. If that's the case, you'll need to contact the IT department of the organization about this issue.

I found how to make it happen:

I literally have to click where you see the red circle in the toggle, maybe for you it's another spot, carefully click all around the toggler until you find it, I have seen the same issue in other type of selection like drop downs where I have to click in an specific area to activate it, this is for sure a bug in MacOS Tahoe.

Hope this works for you.
