Apple Media Services deducted ₹899 for cancelled Sun NXT subscription

“I had an active Sun NXT subscription linked to my Apple ID. I cancelled it before the renewal date, but Apple Media Services still deducted ₹899 from my UPI account. The transaction doesn’t show up in my purchase history or on reportaproblem.apple.com, and I haven’t received access to the premium plan. I’m looking for guidance on how to get a refund and ensure my cancellation is properly recognized.
