HomePod mini purchased NEW on eBay and top says "Incode"

I purchased a supposedly new HomePod mini on eBay. Got it today and it appears it is not. It was in a box but the box did not have any shrink wrap around it. Just 2 small clear stickers keeping the box closed. Also, on the top of the HomePod itself it says "incode."

Pretty certain Apple HomePods would not say "incode" on them. None of the ones I purchased previously did. And I thought it would be in shrink wrap as well.

Thinking they may have sold me at best a refurbished. I really don't want an apple product with some strange "incode" on it. And if Apple didn't put that on the device then it certainly isn't new.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
