Changing App Store currency from GBP to USD in the US
I live in the US have a US payment method but all purchases are in GBP. How do I change this?

In general the currency shown in the App Store is dependent on the Country / Region set for the Apple Account being used for the App Store barring a few exceptions.
If your account is set to the UK it would show prices in GBP. If it's set to the U.S. it would show dollars.
Did you recently move to the U.S.? Did you change your account's region?
Did you recently do something that may have caused the change to GBP?
If you go to Settings ➜ Account ➜ Media & Purchases ➜ View Account, what Country/Region does it say it's set to?
