Unauthorized charge attempt after subscription cancellation
Dear Apple Support,
I am contacting you regarding an issue with a subscription that I have already cancelled.
- App: Chem AI – Chemistry Solver
- Subscription cancelled: 18 June 2025 (see attached screenshot)
- Despite this, on 03 October 2025, Apple attempted to charge 1,470.26 MKD to my Debit Mastercard (see attached bank message). Luckily, the transaction was declined due to insufficient funds.
This charge attempt should not have happened since my subscription was already cancelled months ago. Please make sure that:
- This subscription is permanently cancelled.
- No further attempts will be made to charge my card.
- Any mistakenly applied charges are refunded.
