Having signed up to AppleTv for £9.99; upon checking my bank account I find an additional amount of £59.99 has been taken with Apple reference of a telephone number 0800 1076285 IE but this amount doesn’t appear on the Apple account and so unable to use the online ‘support’ service to query.
Has anyone else had this issue?

If you are on a Family sharing plan using Purchase Sharing, then members are allowed to make purchases to your payment method. Those would appear under their Apple Account when viewing the purchase history, and the Organizer of the Family Plan is able to view purchases from all accounts in the Family Plan.
