Setting the wallpaper to shuffle all continuously does not change the wallpaper. Ever. Been broken since Sonoma.
Steps to reproduce:
All Apple wallpaper have been downloaded to computer. This appears to be happening to all my devices running MacOS Tahoe.
Only one wallpaper is shown and does not change.

3. Select Shuffle All under Shuffle Aerials

There are any reports of issues here, I would simplify the situation if no resolve.

I'm experiencing the same thing in Tahoe 26.0.1 - I have my desktop wallpaper set to "shuffle all" but it doesn't shuffle. If I select "shuffle aerials" or "shuffle landscapes" - same thing - it does not shuffle...
In Tahoe there is no: Shuffle All option anymore? I don't see a way to change between wall papers like every hour.
