How do I file an official complaint with Apple?

I paid my monthly subscriptions to Apple Music, Apple TV, and ICloud storage. I got a notification that I could bundle with Apple One, so I did. I didn’t realize that it would charge me AGAIN for the subscriptions I already paid for this month. I thought it would charge me next month, since I already paid for each subscription individually this month. So I canceled it immediately. The next day, I could no longer access Apple Music, Apple TV, or the ICloud storage I already paid for this month. I called to see what the issue was, I was told that I would have to request an additional refund for the individual subscriptions and resubscribe. I don’t know why I need to resubscribe when I already paid! But, fine. I requested a refund and was denied the next day. I called again. I told Apple support that I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted access to the subscriptions that I ALREADY PAID FOR. They said the only thing they could do was dispute my denied refund request and resubscribe. However, the decision on the dispute is final. I already paid TWICE this month for these subscriptions, I was approved for the Apple one refund but I haven’t received the money back. Like I said, I already paid for these individual subscriptions this month so I’m not willing to pay again. I’m just so disappointed with Apple, I have many apple products and I have NEVER run into something like this. I just don’t understand why I cannot access subscriptions that I ALREADY PAID FOR THIS MONTH. Also, I took the advice of Apple support and requested a refund for these subscriptions because they could not just give me back access to something I already paid for and I got denied the refund? It’s just ridiculous. Either give me back access to the subscriptions I already paid for, or give me a refund. I don’t understand why this is so complicated. However, if neither of those things happen, I’m switching to Spotify and I will NEVER get an apple subscription again. I don’t know where to file a complaint, which is why I’m leaving this here. If anyone knows how to file an official complaint, please let me know.
