Podcast connect stuck for the last two days

Hi, I just started a podcast through Substack and was in the process of getting things started with Podcast Connect to add my RSS feed when everything just stopped. I can't click on anything, and the little circle in the center of the screen just keeps rolling along. I've tried going to other browsers, and it's all the same results.
