My AirPods Pro 2nd generation are not connecting to my iPhone after iOS 26 update

After IOS 26 Upgrade on my 12 Pro, I've noticed that my Airpods Pro Gen2 is not working properly.

Its not getting connected automatically, once I've check the Bluetooth menu seeing that Airpods trying to connect BT and not getting completed.

Only solution is Disabling BT and re-Enable again.

Wondering if anyone else has faced same issue?

How did you reset AirPods? I use iPhone 12 Pro and AirPods 2 pro are disconnected after I upgraded to iOS 26. I tried all the instructions while pairing, but after pairing the bluetooth connection disconnects as soon as I pull out pod from the case. and then phone again asks for re-pairing after "forget device" msg. Did that too but it's not helping

Having the same issue. I’ve tried factory resetting the AirPods with no change. My phone is a 16 Pro Max.

Its been quite a bad experience.
