Apple TV - No Network Pop up

Hello,

for the last 3 days I have been unable to watch anything on my Apple TV due to buffering and a message which reads ‘No Network Found’.

From the settings I can actually see the network signal drop to 0 every 5 seconds before returning to normal but then this repeats.

I’ve tried updating my box and resetting it but to no avail. Does anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix it?

I haven’t had any changes or issues with my network provider recently and every other device is working fine - including the Apple TV I have in another room.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

No Network Found is self-explanatory; it tries to connect to your home network, but fails.

Possibly you experience interference on your home network, causing overload on the remaining diminished bandwidth.

Restarting your router may automatically select new optimized Wi-Fi channels with less interference from neighboring networks, if set to automatically select the best channels (once at boot time). Or manually find channels for both bands in a relatively empty zone for your router configuration. Interference may be very localized, and can change from mild to severe between rooms.
