In my camera roll, when trying to play back videos all of my videos come out choppy. Does anyone else have this issue? I have plenty of storage and iCloud storage, I also had gotten a new phone so I don’t understand why it’s doing it.

Since you mention both iCloud and getting a new phone, your issue could be slow network performance or slow performance of iCloud servers coping with many users migrating photos and videos to their new phones right after release dats. To check that, try playing one video repeatedly to be sure that is entirely downloaded and playing out of local storage. Is the third or fourth replay still choppy?
