I have been doing this process for quite a while. I have conversation files recorded in Zoom in an M4A format. I convert them in Apple Music to MP3. I can see the MP3 file in Apple Music, but want to upload it into Audacity for Sound Editing, and it doesn't show up in Finder. This has worked perfectly for a few years. What changed? And is there a work around?

If the format conversion in Apple Music is successful, you will see a new library entry in the Music app for the MP3 version. So far, so good? Then right-click, Show in Finder should take you to the MP3 file itself. Is that working?
If the MP3 track shows up in the Music window, you can drag and drop the track from the Music window to the Desktop (or to a Finder folder) to make a copy of it.
