Best way to manage multiple iPhones

7 iPhone SEs were purchased for co-workers for business use only. What is the best way to set these up? I created a single Apple ID using my work email address. Of course, when I used this on each phone they are all linked together.

What are some suggestions to set these up the easiest? I really don't want to have to create multiple Apple IDs and still have SOME control.

Should I set these up as child phones with parental controls? Any suggestions would be very welcome!

FYI - these phones are supposed to be used only for business calls, texts and possibly face time. Very basic.

Basically none of the above. Not sure why you think it is necessary, or even desirable, to lock use of the phones down to that point. And frankly, if I were your employee and you gave me a business phone with parental control set up, I’d give it back and head for the door.

I assume your business is small enough that you do not have an IT department. You probably should have started with your cellular service provider. Apple may have some resources as well. Start by looking here: Business - Apple
