Requesting invoice for tax refund on iPhone purchase without Apple ID

I bought a Iphone at the Belgium apple store but I didnt use my apple id at the purchase moment.

how can I get the invoice to ask for a tax refound?

I am not in Belgium anymore, so I can’t back to the store to request.
