Can't switch phone in Iphone Mirroring

hey I've been trying to upgrading to Tahoe with fresh start I got a problem when I trying to change my phon for iPhone mirroring but when I go to Settings -> Desktop & Docks -> Under widgets I didn't see any choice to select how do I configure that any Help thanks !
