Wi-Fi and cellular data doesn't connect on my iPhone 12 Pro Max after iOS 26 update

After the IOS 26 update my Iphone 12 Pro max doesn't connect to internet. Wifi connection and cellular data doesn't connect regularly. The internet of Wi-Fi is full bars. Cellular data alsu full 5G but it looks like it's not a connection. iCloud doesn't syncing all data.

All the apps doesn't connect to internet.

Erased everything, restarted different times but still no solution
