Youtube miniplayer icon disappears only on chrome in Macbook!

Hi , I am a mac user Recently from last week the miniplayer icon that by default appears on youtube just right next to the setting icon on the video player is not appearing. This issue is only occurring on my chrome and on safari as well as other browser. I checked playing safari it is visible there button guest mode.

I tried clearing cache , cookies, Deleted all the extensions & reinstall the chrome & Safari again but it is still not appearing.

I also checked on other window desktop users & Macbook users the icon is there on youtube.

Please help me on this.

For reference i have attached the two screenshots of Chrome and Safari.

If it is an issue across different browser then I would say this is a Youtube issue
