I am in the US. All other conditions have been met age is over 22, latest WatchOs but I still see a message that hypertension notifications are not available for your region.

Tried restarting both devices and still no joy. The hypertension notifications within doesn’t show in the health checklist. :(
I still do not have this feature. I have tried all suggestions but none have worked. Is there Any solution to this yet? Or is it a bug apple needs to fix with an update?
Can you elaborate? I restarted the watch and the phone. What did you do with the iCould accounts?
