My MacBook Pro is not booting normally

Hi, my macbook is not booting normally. when I start it recovery mode, I onley see macos base System and disk0s1 in disk Utility


the earse option is grayed out, and i cannot reinstall macos on the internal drive


i suspect there is an issue with the internal disk could you please help me diagnose and fix the problem?

What is the exact model of your Mac? You can get that information by entering the system serial number on the check coverage page here (Please do not post your serial number on the forum since it is considered personal information):
