Unable to install tvOS 26 on Apple TV 4K model A1842

Apple TV 4k model A1842 informs user there is an OS upgrade available, runs the download portion successfully, then when validating image, return error reports, the OS could not be downloaded at this time, please try again later. Have performed all the reseting steps, including resetting the machine back to out of box and setting the configuration all back up again. Yes it's only 32MB but I am barely using 10 of it. Has this model finally reached the end with the new OS being released?
