Freezing data on original sheet after duplicating in Numbers

WHEN I DUPLICATE A SHEET, INCLUDING COMPUTATIONS, HOW DO I “FREEZE” THE DATA ON THE ORIGINAL SHEET SO THAT IT’S NO LONGER “COMPUTING”? I’VE NOTICED THAT MULTIPLE SHEETS COMPUTING IS LIKELY CAUSING NUMBERS TO UNEXPECTEDLY SHUT DOWN.

Select cell A1

Command A (select all)

Command C (copy)

Paste Formula Results (found in the Edit menu)

This will replace each formula in the table with its last calculated result. The formulas in the table will no longer be there, they will not recoverable except by an immediate Undo, they cannot be turned back on later (though you could copy/paste formulas from another table to replace them).

I have never had Numbers crash due to recalculating, or at least not on a regular basis. It has crashed before on me for whatever reason it did but only a few times in over a decade of use. If you find out what formula/calculation is doing it, post an example here.
