Photos not uploading to iCloud despite 2TB storage purchase
Hi , why my photo not uploaded into icloud photo..?? i already but the iCloud storage 2TB..! please help

It would be helpful for you to tell us what you've tried so far. Is iCloud Photos turned on in Settings>[name]>iCloud?
Have you tried a forced restart?

This is different from a simple Power Off. I had to continue holding the button down past the "slide to power off" message, and then I released the button only after the Apple Logo appeared indicating a re-start.
