IOS 26 Screen Time issue: 'One minute' setting affects all apps on iPhone

After upgrading my phone to IOS 26, I realized when I used “one minute” on my screen time, all the apps would also use minute. This makes it so that I am unable to use my other apps after my screen time has gone down! Does anyone know how to fix this?
