iPad OS 26 - Resizing with multiple apps open - TOTAL MESS

iPad OS 26 resizing is a complete mess. If you have let's say the Hulu app open, and only the Hulu app open, and you resize it to the half screen size, you cannot resize it to the FULL screen unless you use the gesture at the bottom right corner. The green bubble will NOT resize it to the full screen. I'm playing around with it, and it's a complete and utter mess.

The Hulu app as an example, is very buggy when resizing it.
