1.5-month delay for Mac repair at iStore Israel with AppleCare+

Hi Apple Community,

I’m desperate for help. My Mac (Mac 14 M3 pro) has been stuck at iStore since August 4, 2025—over 1.5 months. I have AppleCare+, but the repair is nowhere close to done.

The store quoted 14-21 days, but keeps giving conflicting updates: parts “unavailable,” then “logic board here but not touchpad,” then “two more weeks.” It feels like misinformation. Apple Support is no help—my calls get dropped after long holds, and they say contact the store. The store blames Apple. I’m stuck in a loop, and as a researcher, this delay is killing my

work.

Questions:

1.How can I escalate this above iStore and Apple Support? Any executive contacts?

2.Has anyone faced similar delays with iStore Israel or Apple repairs? How did you resolve it?

Please share any advice or escalation paths. I’m out of options!

You will have to deal directly with the store.

Nothing can be done here.

Most Users understand in a visceral way that they should have a disaster plan.

A good disaster plan includes not only backups for your data, but for loss or theft of your computer as well.

I know you will not want to hear it, but:

" if having your computer in the shop puts you out of business, your disaster plan is inadequate."
