Apps are not working on my Mac mini M2 after macOS Tahoe update

After installing macOS Tahoe on my Mac mini m2, Numbers, Pages, Notes applications do not work (the color wheel is constantly spinning and you can only forcibly close it). System overload, reinstallation of applications does not help. Also in Finder I can't synchronize with iCloud drive (just an empty window), although in the iCloud settings synchronization for iCloud drive is enabled. Logging out of my AppleID and logging back in doesn't help. And one more thing: after restarting the computer, the changes I made are not saved (neither settings nor wallpaper) and the system informs me every time after booting that I have updated to the latest version of macOS. Do you have any ideas? Thank you.
