Parental controls disabled apps on MY phone after new ios update

I updated to iOS 26 last night. Today I updated my daughters phone and I got a notification stating that there’s some new features to the parental controls and to review them. I set everything up and now MY phone got the same limitations!

Some of my apps are invisible and nothing works to return everything to as it was before.

I tried disabling all of the controls for my daughter and my phone is still all screwed up. Some apps invisible, websites blocked. What do I do???
