Iphone 15 Pro, I did the accessibility/reduce transparency, reduce motion essentially tried every display, color etc change/change back, restarted phone. My apps are not transparent at all even after selecting "clear" etc.
Wondering if anyone else has this issue? any tips or will Apple release an update for this issue. Really strange actually.

That's right. There is NO clear. It is translucent. Did you look at my screenshot of my phone? To achieve that look in Settings > Accessibility > Reduce Transparency AND Increase Contrast are both turned OFF.

If you are expecting it to be totally clear, it's not. It's kind of like using a Translucent case on your iPhone as opposed to using a totally clear case.
Not all of the apps will have the look, third party apps won't have them.I have a iPhone 15 pro and I have the glassy effect
With all the other setting. Also make sure reduce motion is also turned off.

Sorry. I meant translucent. All of my folder backgrounds are pale gray and look nothing like yours! The liquid glass feature does function on my iPad 9th generation but NOT on my iPhone 16.

My Iphone 15 Has the same problem. The lock screen clock, Dock, folders abd control centre is not working with liquid glass
