How to update this option
Mac mini, macOS 15.6
Very easy:
- Open Mail App
- Open Mail menu
- Select "Settings" (the keyboard shortcut is Command + ,)
- Select "Accounts"
- Select the account you want to remove and then click the "-" symbol below.
