iMessage and FaceTime not activating after iOS 26 update on iPhone 13 Pro Max

I get the exact same thing on my iMac (Tahoe 26) and MacBook Pro (Sequoia 15.7), but my iPhone (Tahoe 26) is fine.

I spent 75 minutes on the phone with Apple, no solutions found.

Was told Senior management was going to call me back - that was an hour ago.

Reading that I am not the only one, I imagine senior management is having a chat with the software engineers about now.

For a few weeks, iMessage has been turning off randomly at around the same time of each day. But after updating to iOS 18.7, it will not let me reactivate it.

I then, would go to AT&T and apple to see if they could have a fix. Sadly no one could provide a solution. I am upgrading my phone in a few days, I hope by not directly transferring iphone settings the issue could be resolved.

Every device I have from iPhone, iPad, and Mac are experiencing this problem. That being the case, where is the common thread that would cause this to happen?

I'm thinking some kind of sever issue on Apples side as this seems to be a wide spread issue

I have the exact same problem on iPad Pro and tried everything clilly14 tried. I have NOT updated my phone because I’m sure it will also have message problems.

No update. First level tech support has referred to a developer. Nothing has worked so far. Even wiped iPad and restored from backup.

Still doesn’t work for me. Updates Monday at 1pm…
