Safari search image is not functioning in mobile web view after upgrading to ios 28

I just updated to IOS 26. It was great until I try to look for images through Safari apps using Google search engine.

Everytime I select a photo, it always select the 1st image on the particular search image. I cannot select other photo at lower rows.

I changed to desktop view, the problem resolved. I cannot rely on desktop view as the words are too small for the phone size.

Kindly assist me. Thanks!

I'm having the same problem except, when I select an image, it cycles through all of the images from the search and selects a random one like a game of roulette. It just started this morning, and I'm not even on IOS 26 yet. I haven't been given that option. I am currently installing IOS 18.7 to see if it fixes the issue. For me, it's not just Safari. It's Chrome as well. I won't submit this post until the update is complete, so I'll be able to let y'all know if it helps or makes it worse. I will also update as to if the IOS 26 update becomes available. Update has just completed with no change to the problem, but now IOS 26 is available. Updating again and will finish this post with the results. IOS 26 is installed and still no change to the problem. Perhaps it will be built into the next bug fix update they send out...
