How can I disable this new icon after iPadOS update?
After installing iPadOS 26, the following icon appears on all screens.
What does it mean and how can I disable it?

Universal Control is a Mac-only setting.
The icon, is for the Hover Text option.
Go to Settings ➜ Accessibility ➜ Hover Text, and turn it off.
