Unauthorized text messages sent from iPhone 6 SE

My iPhone independently sent texts to someone on my contact list. I did not send the texts.

Questions:

What should I do ?

Change my phone number and change e-sim card ?

Throw away iPhone and buy another brand of cell phone with a new e-sim card ?

or ?

Thanks for your time.

My friend is concerned she is now getting spoofed and not responding to my text.

The 2 outgoing text messages , I did not write myself, yes, was 'green bubbles.'

Additionally, 4 years ago , I filed the same case with Apple. Unbelievably, I could see someone writing a text message on my phone as I stared at the text being written ! I asked Apple, can someone hijack or take control of my phone through electronic hacking and physically close proximity to me ? They said it was very unlikely. The unauthorized texts stopped , years ago so I assumed Apple 'fixed' the issue years ago.

In addition, I consciously avoid putting any financial information on my texts or iphone. I purposely don't have a banking app, I don't have Apple wallet, and I utilize 2 factor authorization in my financial transactions to help minimize further corruption of my iPhone.

My friend has everything Apple, including iPhone.

She states ' she has never seen this before, all her replies to my texts are now green bubbles.'

Yes, my unauthorized texts to her are green bubbles on MY iphone.

Lastly, just before the 2 texts were sent to her without my typing or sending them, I used Siri to find the location of a store.

The 1st unauthorized text sent said "I will arrive at the name of store, around 1:17pm. I'll let you know if I'm running late.'

The 2nd unauthorized text said "I'm arriving at the name of the store, soon'.

Perhaps since Apple is prototyping AI these are AI glitches ? Right after I used Siri to locate a store , AI incorrectly sent a text updating a random person in my contact list, about my ETA at the store ?
