Disappointing that they advertise it as water proof. (I only swam for 5 min in not more than 0.5meters

If you have AppleCare coverage, contact Apple. Otherwise, you’re headed for a replacement.

You can’t swim in 0.5 metres (19”). With the wild actions and overheating you mention in your other post I think it is more likely your watch developed a major electronic failure and the timing with water exposure is simple coincidence.

Now it’s super hot. So hot that I can’t hold it in my hand more than 2 seconds and I didn’t even put it in the charger
Discontinue use. If you can do so safely, place it somewhere that is fire resistant.
If you should see smoke or fire, take appropriate steps to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
It was a pool with a max depth of 2M but my hand was not more than 0.5m deep that’s my concern and the other concern is that it became blazing hot
