Those four models are ones that were discontinued in late 2021, and given that Apple supports models for 5 years after they stop selling them, that's why those models are on the list for macOS 26 but won't be for macOS 27.

For example, the MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports) was launched concurrently with the MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports), but the former was sold until October 2021 while the latter was discontinued in November 2020 and thus is at the end of its 5 year 'official' life.

There are only four Intel-based Macs that support Tahoe – each the last Intel-based model of its kind. They are:

  • MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports)
  • MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)
  • iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020)
  • Mac Pro (2019)

All Apple-Silicon-based Macs released to date support Tahoe.

Your MacBook Pro can run Sequoia. Sequoia is still one of the "most recent three" (Sonoma, Sequoia, Tahoe) and should be for another couple of years, until macOS 28 comes out. Then the "most recent three" would be (Tahoe, macOS 27, macOS 28) and you may see vendors like Microsoft and Adobe abandoning support for Sequoia.
