On your iOS device, launch Settings>Go to General and tap on Software Update>Here, tap on the Beta Updates option. and select the ‘Off’ option from the next page>Return to the Software Update page and install the available iOS 26.0 update on your device. If it does not work, you need to clean install iOS 26 (Restore). Official retore guide here:

PS if you have the beta Release Candidate installed you will probably not get the public release on 15th but it is the same version substantially. The next you will receive will probably be 26.0.1 or 26.1

As it turns out the public release is a newer release than the Release Candidate and an offer of update will be available, even if it needs a few screen refreshes in Settings, General, Software update.

yes , turn off the beta updates in settings and from ios 26.0.1 you will receive the stable version of os
I haven't installed/updated the latest beta and Developer version.

The final release hasn't dropped yet. Be patient.
