If your order is still processing then the Apple Store has received your order but hasn’t packaged or shipped it.

When did you purchase these items? If it was only a few minutes or hours before your post, your order would still be processing. It may also still be processing if you purchased an item only available for pre-order (e.g. iPhone 17, AirPods Pro 3, Apple Watch Series 11, etc.) If that’s the case you’ll have to wait as the pre order items won’t be released until September 19.

I bought an iPhone 17 Pro and a case about 30 seconds after the pre-order went live. Mine also still says "Processing." However, I did get the notice yesterday (I think) that my credit card had been charged. If the delivery date or pick up date changes, you'll be notified.
