Unable to locate my order for iPhone 17 Pro Max

I recently ordered the iPhone 17 pro max and set it for pick up in store Friday but can’t find my order. I didn’t get a confirmation email or anything but there was a hold placed on my card. I also upgraded my line so I went back in to see if my order didn’t go thru could you I reorder and it says I already have a reservation or open order for this number. What should I do?

I have also contacted apple and they as well are saying they can’t see the order. Should I just wait til Friday and see if I get a email for pick up. I also reach out to my carrier and they see the upgrade but said I would have to reach out to Apple to cancel the order to become eligible for upgrade again. But how when no one can find the order

When you open the Apple Store (not App Store) app on your iPhone, you don't see any order there? Both of my phones, are listed there in the App. I'd be very concerned that you don't have a valid order if you, nor Apple can find it. And when you place an order, you always get a confirmation email with your order details.

Without ANY confirmation, it's a your word that you placed an order versus Apple systems which doesn't have a record of your order.
