Hi 2 nights ago i shared my apple id with my ipad and all photos came then i deleted photos from my ipad and now i saw my phone photos all gone and i lost all my photos and videos can anyone help me im nervous.

Anything that can be recovered will be in the Recently Deleted album and remain there for 30 days unless acted upon earlier. If you delete from the Recently Deleted album, the item its then permanently deleted and irrecoverable.
FYI, iCloud Photos is a synchronization service. If you delete on any device connected to iCloud Photos, it is taken as a request to delete the photo from all devices connected to iCloud Photos, and from iCloud itself.
You can turn on "Optimize iPhone Storage" or "Optimize iPad Storage", which gives your iPhone or iPad permission to store lower-quality, space-saving versions of your photos. But you must let the iPhone or iPad make the decision as to when to substitute space-saving versions for full-size versions, and vice versa.
