Unknown iPhone in trusted devices

I think my Apple ID may have been exposed to a phishing site, and I’d like to ask for advice.

I first entered my Apple ID and password on a phishing site, but the password was incorrect.

Later, I changed my password in Settings, but then I entered the new password (and possibly the 2FA code) on the phishing site again.

About 20–30 minutes later, I noticed that a device called “iPhone (iOS 15)” appeared in my trusted devices list, which I immediately removed.

However, that device did not appear in the Find My app or in the device list in Settings. I didn’t get iCloud web login email.

There were also no App Store purchase attempts during that time.

My questions are:

Was my account in a dangerous state during this time?

Is it possible that my iCloud data was accessed?
