iCloud account restricted due to unauthorized sharing

Someone shared my account without me knowing and the person have been texting some people I don't know on iMessage that I think one of them reported my account and it was restricted please I need help

The only way someone would be able to share your account is if you gave them your Account Password. If you think your account has been compromised, then attempt to follow the steps here:

How did you come to the conclusion that you think someone has been texting people where your account was reported?
