Apple TV randomly pausing

After going to the Genius Bar with both HomePods and my Apple TV box and being told that they don't have the ability to diagnose or repair any of my items in store and that since they aren't under warranty any longer I would have to purchase new ones and then being offered a measly $50 off.

I decided to go home and set everything up again and factory reset all of it. Upon doing so there were updates that needed to be installed. This includes the HomePods which had updates that are new to me since yesterday there weren't any.

After reconfiguring all of it. It now seems to be working properly.

Didn't work. It's been in the metal pressure cooker since last night. I also unplugged everything for the night and this morning after putting on the news it first lowed the volume then it paused the news.

Last night it would start randomly playing music out of both HomePods.

Since the reset, now the volume is going up by itself. I've looked at the analytics and Apple sent out OTA update. Over The Air. Looks like they sent a complete new operating system to replace what was there. I haven't had any pausing since but the volume going up by-itself is yet another bug that needs to be fixed.
