Can a relative pick up a MacBook Air purchased with student discount in another country for me?

I am a student I want to use student discount on other countries apple store . but the catch is as a student i really cant travel to another country but can i use (someone will pickup for me) feature to make my relative to pick it up and bring it to me. or any way to do so??
